96So it wasn't the propane torch but the JESTER a MELEE WEAPON from the PAID BUNDLE released on April Fools. I'm sorry, but if this is an April Fool's joke its a really bad taste. If this is a bug, and a weapon that is bugged COSTS REAL MONEY that's trash Q/A. If this is an April Fool's joke, congrats, you have P2W April Fool's jokes. Really fucking disappointed in RPG right now and I'm gonna bounce off the game until this is fixed. Does 900 damage a hit on a vehicle.
EDIT: This got hotfixed, but man, was I pissed.
