This is a great kit/class to go with as your primary. The shield he has can help to keep you alive (especially if you are a solo player), the massive magazine size will help for when you encounter multiple enemies (and with 666 players on each team, that happens a lot), but the biggest reason is the rocket launcher. Same reason why the Engi was my most used kit in BF3, it is the most effective class against vehicles and there are tons in this game. Yes, there is C4 and AT mines, but you don't get 5 of those and you can't resupply those with the ammo bags.
