I've been thinking about this one for a long time and it just seems like it can't possibly be organic iterative design like one would expect. I'm pretty sure that some blasters are built to keep cash flowing between real releases and others are delayed to leave time in market for those production runs to peter out. After all, if you're good at something, never do it for free.

I also wanted to drive the point home that with all these blasters doing more or less the same thing in terms of modified performance, there has never been a better time to pick your favorite ergo and tinker away.
