Dr. Michelle Bailey is an Assistant Consulting Professor at Duke University (Pediatrics), Integrative Medicine fellow (University of Arizona), international speaker on physician well-being and author of Parenting Your Stressed Child.
Over the 2 decades she spent at Duke, she coached and mentored numerous medical students, trainees and faculty on physician self-care and served as Co-Director for the Refuge, a mindfulness-based stress management program for medical professionals. Dr. Bailey also served families in the Duke Healthy Lifestyles program, where she learned about the power of food as medicine and the importance of adopting healthy eating habits.
She currently works full-time as a senior medical director for a top tier global contract research organization (CRO), and as a physician entrepreneur, providing coaching and other valuable services to support the physician community.
