Platinum UHC Episode 2
16Welcome to the first season of Platinum UHC! Platinum is a recorded round organized by cherryblawsom and ChainingVermin2. Platinum has a theme, but that will be explored more as the seasons go on. As of right now, we can just say that things are getting WEIRD! For this season, we played in 1.20 with 1.8 PvP on Arctic. It was rigged teams of 4, with the gamemodes BestPvE, Overcook, Timebomb, Period of Resistance, and Damage Cycle.
Gamemodes:
BestPvE: Every 10 minutes, if you have not taken damage yet, you will gain a heart. If you take damage, then you are off the list. The only way to get back onto the list is to kill a player.
Overcook: After the furnace smelts 1 item, the furnace will explode and give you the items, smelted, that were put in the furnace. STAY AWAY IT CAN KILL YOU!!! ITS OVERCOOK BE CAREFUL! ! !
Timebomb: Whenever a player dies, their stuff will be placed in a chest with a timer ticking. Players will have 30 seconds to grab the stuff before it explodes. After the 30 seconds, the chest full of items will explode. Players can be damaged by the explosion.
Period of Resistance: Every 10 minutes, a damage type will be swapped. You cannot take damage from that type of damage.
Damage Cycle: Every 10 minutes, the damage cycle will change. If you take that same type of damage from what the cycle said, you will take 3 times the damage.
