Obviously, the best approach to adapting an anti-war drama into a video game is to turn it into a side-scrolling shooter... right?
The game got four stages.
The first is a sidescrolling jungle maze where you have to find some explosives. The manual knows that you will get stuck so it gives a tiny advice... draw a map. Which is extremely easy to do when the game throws an unlimited supply of enemies at you.
The second is a first person underground maze. Your ammo is suddenly extremely rare and the game keeps throwing an unlimited supply of enemies at you. And before you can leave, you must find a flaregun, a compass and some secret documents.
The third is at night. You are dug in and have to defend yourself. Use the flaregun to see your enemies.
The fourth is more sidescrolling, but you can go in all directions now. And you must find and defeat the big bad before the whole place is napalm'd.
