Pretty much the same as the Snes game with a few changes.
The shadows are rendered different.
One of the bosses got a different color on their jacket (oh mah gawd!).
The helicopter fight is slightly different, it is easier to hit the helicopter.
You can't chose between Mono and Stereo sound at the title screen.
And the Genesis version is clearly running at a lower difficulty setting. The enemies got less HP and you get less money/score by defeating them (it is most likely tied to the health they got).
