Finally,the last level....somehow,I managed to beat this in my first try(although,I probably just had luck).However,you should be careful,since most enemies are a lot more dangerous than they were in previous levels.For example,gunships will fire at an extremely fast rate.Once again,I will describe all of the areas individually:
Area 1-Just keep spamming,and you should be good.Once the lightning squid comes,I recommend that you destroy it as soon as you see it.Also,make sure to use wide shot in this area,since it's very useful.
Area 2-The first 6 stars in this area are wide shot and auto fire.I recommend that you always use wide shot,since it's way better against those boomerang enemies(which appear very often in this area).The last 4 stars are....yes,that's right!Lightning Stars.Get these,and you'll finally get a break from spamming!
Area 3-you get a free weapon pod at the beginning,as well as a bunch of lightning stars.But you should still be very careful,especially against boomerangs!Weapons that shoot completely straight,ESPECIALLY lightning,are very bad against these.After the part with boomerangs is done,you should be relatively safe.
Area 4-You'll have to fight a lot of kamikazes here.This can be very hard with the lightning since you can easily get a laser in your face.As soon as you get the first 2 stars in this area,switch to wide shot.It's going to do extremely well against those boomerangs AND kamikazes.Once you get the next 2 stars,switch to the rockets,since you get a lot of primary targets in this part.After you switch to rockets,you shouldn't switch to anything else
Area 5-As soon as the boss appears,start spamming those rockets!Make sure to also destroy all yellow squids that appear in this fight!Also,watch out for those missiles!Once the first lightning squids comes,destroy it as soon as you can.Same goes for the green squid that will appear later.Once the last 2 lightning squids appear,I suggest that you go for the upper one,first,but it's ok even if you go for the bottom one.Also,there is a glitch with this boss.After it reaches it's third damage phase,it will get a black square around it.It might not seem like a big deal,and it's not.However,do note that this black square counts as the ship's hitbox,and it will kill you if you touch it.This glitch is fixed in the latest version.Also,you don't have to go for all the rockets,since you will have more than enough to destroy the boss.Oh,and btw,the last two stars in this area are lightning stars.
