Hey everyone on this episode of Play it Through its Zen the Intergalactic Ninja brought to us by Konami. Zen is a well Alien Ninja who must stop evil from polluting and destroying Earth. Yep he is one of those late 80's early 90's characters created to teach kids to go green but unlike the Captain Planet game or even the amazing Awesome Possum, Zen actually has a fun game to play. Broken up into four levels to start each with a different style of gameplay Zen battles all sorts of creatures putting out fires, saving flowers, and blowing up toxic factories like a true Eco-Terrorist. After beating those four levels you go to a set of final stages which most are just boss fights which all present a challenge and different elements to make them interesting. I play on the hard difficulty here and it is just that allowing enemies more health, faster movement, and some to regenerate health more makes for a fun but tough NES experience.
