PLAYERS HAD PROBLEMS IN DIABLO 4 OPEN TEST
Blizzard has recently released an open beta test for the highly anticipated Diablo 4, which has drawn in a significant number of players. However, due to the overwhelming response to the game's beta release, players were faced with hour-long queues to participate in the game. Many players expressed their frustration on social media platforms, which led Blizzard to post a statement on the game's official forum, thanking players for their patience and assuring them that they are working on the issue.
The community team assured players that they were "actively working" on the problem and would increase the influx of players once numerous disconnection issues had been resolved. Furthermore, PezRadar, the community manager, issued an update a few hours later, thanking everyone for their response to the early access beta weekend and reaffirming that the team was tracking and working on various issues, including drop-in/drop-out multiplayer, rubberbanding, and high RAM and GPU usage.
PezRadar also acknowledged the problem where "players that are dropped from a game receive an error that their party does not exist." He assured players that they were managing the flow of players in-game via their queue, and while many players have successfully logged into the game, some have experienced longer wait times than expected. He closed the statement by confirming that the team would continue to work on the issues and provide additional updates during the beta period.
