6Welcome to The Gamer Seat as we continue our coverage of launch games for the Playstation 5. Today, we are playing Godfall, which is a limited time exclusive for the PS5. This game is developed by Counterplay Games and published by Gearbox. This game is self-described as the first ever looter-slasher videogame, bringing the loot grind from games like Borderlands but incorporating a more close up combat style. In this episode we play the beginning of the game to understand the gameplay of this new genre, and Tyrus is intrigued to see how the game continues.
