As is tradition, whenever a PC gets an upgrade, it MUST be benchmarked on Operation Flashpoint, which so far has defeated every system I've ever owned. Part of the Resistance expansion unlocked higher 'detail' and 'draw distance' settings, which they foolishly enabled well beyond what the engine was capable of. Something something draw distance system memory bandwidth blah. But I don't care, because it's tradition, and I still like to believe that one day, we'll finally be able to max out the settings in this game.
