Playing Pokemon Emerald for the first time and doing a nuzlocke out of it
1Hello, I am the Galladeiator and this video, is a bunch of highlights of me playing the first half of a Hardcore #Nuzlocke on #Pokemon Emerald. This was also my first time getting to experience the actual game itself and it's a decent challenge of me getting acquainted with the old generation Pokemon mechanics!
Rules!
1. I can only catch ONE Pokemon per route/area.
2. The Pokemon MUST be nicknamed (arbitrary)
3. If the Pokemon faints then it is dead, I must either release the Pokemon or place it in the box.
4. I can't use items during battle: Healing items and battle items such as the x items are banned. Poke Balls are of course fine
5. A level limit is set in place meaning I can't overlevel past the oncoming Gym Leader's ace Pokemon. If the overleveling happens then I can't use said Pokemon during that fight
6. I must play on 'Set' mode. This means I can't switch my Pokemon when the opponent is about to switch in their's.
