Playne Meditation - 5 minutes
0Been trying to help Youtube help me and themselves the past 3 days,
Have tried recording my voice all the time but it's so pointless, so I shall rather sit here, and breath. Leave my thoughts.
The passion is in the art of the game. I immerse. Writing comes second, but this game. Is but a stepping stone to help you help your life become better.
Mindfulness, Dedication, Habitual thinking,
Taking control of your autonomic system,
Deep breathing, Letting go of negativity,
These are all small steps that you make as you continue to meditate.
I explained it to my colleagues at work today: You get your levels of mind : Sleeping, Awake, Overthinking, And Meditation is above all of these. You go beyond the mind,
A literal step up to let your thoughts pass you. It must not hold you back, or distract you, or bring you down. Negativity leads on to more, which is why it's never meant to be kept.
Come meditate. Change your life for the better. I want to actually have a mindfulness channel to do my 5 minutes of daily meditation, and as I progress, we can try longer period, and finally, one day, we shall have a working microphone with Sennheiser headphones to be able to do proper voice overs. I don't aspire to record voice channels seperately [tried it, it's worse for the background noises]
