Well, I thought I'd take apart the PS3 that Jason sent me, clean it, put new thermal compound the CPU/GPU and put it back together. Then I thought you guys might find it useful, so I put it back together and filmed myself taking it apart again. Hope you enjoy it, even if you have no intention of taking your PS3 apart.

There was a fault with the machine, but it turned out to be the hard drive. Once I replaced it the PS3 sprang back into life.
