Driveclub is a driving video game produced by Evolution Studios and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. Driveclub was revealed alongside the console at Sony's press conference in February 2013. It is Evolution Studios' first non-MotorStorm game since WRC: Rally Evolved from 2005. Initially announced as one of the PlayStation 4's exclusive launch titles, Driveclub was released on October 7, 2014 in North America, on October 8 in Europe and on October 10 in the United Kingdom.
Driveclub received a mixed reception from critics. On aggregated review sites GameRankings and Metacritic it achieved an average score of 72.20% and 72/100, respectively. While the visuals and graphics were the biggest source of praise, problems with gameplay mechanics had very divergent analyses. The criticisms fell mainly on the lack of content and weak artificial intelligence.
