19PlayStation Plus Premium games will in fact not be available on day one on PlayStation Plus. But that doesn't mean that the new PlayStation Plus won't be beneficial! You can expect to see plenty of details regarding PS Plus Essential, PS Plus Extra, as well as PS Plus Premium.
PlayStation Plus Essential service will exist as the current PlayStation Plus right now. No additional added benefits, but it will be a service that continues to exist. PlayStation Plus Extra as well as PlayStation Plus Premium will include additional benefits within the services.
Jim Ryan also made a statement stating that PlayStation games will not be on PlayStation Plus on day one as it does not currently work with their business strategy at the moment. But he also did not close the door completely on the idea.
