Plotters vs Pantsers: A Beginner's Guide to Writer Lingo
10Like any niche, the writing community has its own lingo and terms used to describe its subgroups. Some of its most widely known terms are Plotters and Pantsers. Most writers will know what these are already, but in case you don't, this video will be the perfect guide for beginners just now getting into writing for the first time.
Plotters and Pantsers are not mutually exclusive. They are mainly part of a spectrum based on how much planning or prep work you do before starting chapter 1. You can be a little of both or an extreme plotter/extreme pantser. Hopefully, by the end of this short video, you will know the difference between the two terms and maybe you will know if you are more of a plotter or pantser.
NOTE: The video mentioned at the end of this video will be coming soon. I planned on releasing them mostly at the same time, but a few things came up. I'll be glad to answer any questions you have in the comments.
