This is a version of the stage with some different safeties and techniques than highlighted in the tutorial. The differences result in a stage that is a few seconds slower than ideal:
Using Rush early in the bottom Yoku room
Same room, using him at the top instead of the middle of the steps
Using Rush too high and not being able to use him to get over the stomper and instead slowing for the big jump over it.
Again, these things only lose a few seconds over what's mentioned in the tutorial, but I find this easier. Pick what works best for you.
