Tornado with an example of a bad pattern. As indicated in the tutorial, this does not go for the scary Rush strats mid-stage and is beyond the scope of this tutorial. For myself personally, especially in trying to help new runners, potentially killing your run on the 8th stage to maybe almost gain two seconds is not something I would recommend.
