There are some placces where you have to navigate through multiple small scaffolds in the swamp, and if you try to move quickly, you can easily fall off. After the yellow key door, there is a time limit because you need to get a soul sphere in a secret for max. If you miss this, you will lose a lot of time. It is also quite troublesome as it is easy to be disturbed by a cacodemon and a pain elemental.
