0Competition BBQ Judge Certification class held in Portland Oregon by the Pacific North West Barbecue Association! It was a 6 hour class for the Judges where we endured 4 hours of eating BBQ. The sacrifice one makes to be able to eat even more Awesome BBQ for free!\nThe catagories of judging were:\nPork Butt!\nPork Ribs!\nBrisket!\nChicken!\nAll done low and slow by the cooking class and the PNWBA members helping with the class!
