VAAL ARC Elementalist Witch is back in force, and it's my best Arc Witch build ever! It's so much fun to play and clear maps with, even if you end up going a little slower on bosses...

Arc Witch 3.16 version of the build relies more on attack and spell block rather than life pool, since the bosses would slam through almost any amount of life if you don't build your Witch with avoidances in mind.

PoE Arc has always been extremely popular among Path of Exile Beginners as a League Starter, but in this case we are taking the build one step further and use Vaal Arc gem that offers you an Alt-fire button that can wipe out full screens as long as there are enemies to chain your lightning through!

2 - Lightning #2: 40% of physical damage converted to lightning damage
3 - Caster Mastery: Cannot be chilled of frozen when casting a spell
4 - Life Mastery: +50 to life
5 - Staff Mastery: +60% Critical Strike Chance multiplier
6 - Reservation Mastery: +15% increased Mana Reservation efficiency
