Material costs in trade on 07-Sep-2022: 9c for the memory, 30-33c for 6 Obscured Delirium Orbs, then chisels, alchs, scours and vaals. If this video causes the deli orbs to get more expensive, this will stop being worthwhile.
Apply the memory to a tier 5 or lower map (the footage of gameplay here is from a past stream where I started on tier 1, later tests showed 5 is a bit better). Chisel, alch, Obscured Deli Orb x1 and then (if possible for your character - remember reflect exists) Vaal.
You should get around 360-400 splinter drops if you run all 6 maps. On average, 1% upgrade to full stones, for about 7.5-7.8 full stones.
The most commonly asked question: Do you need to respec to a Breach atlas for these? No, these ignore your Atlas. You aren't using your Atlas, you are borrowing Niko's (which is heavily Breach specced)
Suggested character power for this:
Low tier (starting the memory on tier 1): A character able to comfortably clear tier 16 alched maps
Medium tier (starting tier 5): Capable of 40% delirious T16s
High tier (starting tier 16): Simulacrum wave 30 capable character
