it is a disaster for sure.

first, -10% experience at level 98, wtffffff. when I move close to goblin, to see its HP and mod combination, it turns out a mistake, and get one shot by a critical strike. Nothing i can do to prevent it, once you move into its attack range, great game design,,,
second, try to get loot goblin's HP to 10%, but Vortex skill's damage over time effect is very strong, and kill it by accident, fail to call in MF culling service
