The shield craft is very lucky. The breakdown of steps and estimated cost
1) get the synthesized shield base for 5 div. If you want to get t1 "increased Fire Damage" or "increased Cold Damage", base item's ilvl has to be 84+. Honestly, t1 and t2 does not matter that much.
2) spam Greed essence to get a decent "increased Fire Damage" or "increased Cold Damage". Deafening or Shrieking does not matter that much. I used both, and hit t1 with Deafening, about 300ish attempts
3) make sure item has two prefixes (life + increased fire|cold damage) and two random suffixes. Mine has 3 prefixes, and annul the right prefix at first attempt.... pog
4) craft prefix cannot be changed, and harvest augment cold. guarantee +1 level of cold skill gem
5) craft prefix cannot be changed if necessary, and veil orb. craft intelligence before unveiling, hit chaos resistance
6) exalt orb slam, get t1 block spell
7) craft 10% spell suppress
8) POG, 5 t1 affixes with in one day.
