Updated PoE 3.14 #Ultimatum League #Starter #Build - ready for all content
Greetings Exiles,
in this video I am presenting you my Pure Physical 2H Impale Cyclone Champion.
This must be one of the easiest builds to clear all content without any problems.
What I did on the character in Harvest on mid budget gear (everything on awakening 8):
Sirus, Uber Elder, Delve monster lvl 83, all league mechanics (+bosses), juiced (4 awk sextants, 4 scarabs) T16 maps, Boss and Challenge Carries

3.14 Changes:
Flesh and Stone now has 35% Mana Reservation making it not that viable anymore. Instead, Summon Skitterbots and Herald of Purity along with Pride and Blood and Sand are in a 5-link with an Enlighten in the weapon.
The Ancestor Totem is now linked to Maim to have it up against bosses.

Cyclone
3.13 Changes:
Champion received nerfs. Is it dead? NO! Don't let anybody tell you anything else.
Overall 20% to 15% damage nerf in single target situations. Less up front defense which is compensated by better Fortify Effect and Taunt Damage Reduction.
With Harvest coming back these nerfs are basically non-existent without any big investment.
Is Slayer better? Depends. Champion grants a lot of stats you would otherwise need on gear/tree and Offering to the Serpent also offer overleech.
With extremely optimised endgame gear Slayer might be better. But once you reach that point it doesn't matter what ascendancy you are playing anyways.
