With a lot of bleeding and poison (for no reason) Twisters absolutely destroys mobs. Ire of the Spire Helix Spear, with its skill "Chaotic Surge," these tornados do a decent amount of chaos/poison damage. It's on my second weapon set, so I haven't really built around this Unique spear. Is it viable for bosses? Only if you can manage to get a frenzy charge off a side mob during the boss fight.

The chaotic surge procs when you use barrage to consume a charge, and when you unleash a "Non-melee Projectile" such as twister, the tornados explode at the end of it's useful life.
