[POE2] How to Weapon Craft in POE 2 (It's Slamming Time)
38In this video, I showcase what "crafting" is like currently in POE 2. Since items can't really be spam rerolled, it is semi required that you buy multiple items with 2-3 mods you want for cheap, then slam exalts and chaos until you get 4-5 mods you want. This ends up being worth it in the long run as going from a 3 mod item to a 5 mod item is sometimes 100x the price. I have used this method to pretty much craft all my gear, which is around 1200-1500 ex in value.
In this crafting session, I got lucky as I spent around 55 exalt and made 170 exalt at the time of recording. Normally you don't profit, but if you craft a dozen items, you should be in the green.
Basically, I am looking for good bases that have open prefixes. Depending on the item you want to craft, this could differ.
Example: For rings, since Life mods are expensive, buy rings with 3 suffixes and 1 prefix then double slam.
