If you don't want to use the link instructions below

1. Go to your steam library
2. Right-click on Ground Branch - Manage - Browse local files
3. While in the game's folder proceed to "GroundBranch\Content\GroundBranch\Inventory\".
4. Proceed to the following folders:
RailAttachment\OffsetRail
Sights\MicroT1
Sights\%Other optic of choice that can be mounted on offset rail% (optional but I've personally deleted MicroT2 as well)
5. Remove\rename\move all the files prefixed with "T_" and "S_" in folders from step 4.
6. Lauch GB and enjoy.

Please, consider that this has downsides.

The mod works via making offset rail and some optic invisible, which means if some player decides to say, mount a flashlight on an offset rail the flashlight will appear floating in the air. The character holds his head low as if he's aiming through optic mounted on offset rail instead of holding it upright like he would in real life aiming with this method. This makes seeing laser beam difficult if Laser is mounted on 12 or 3 o'clock so, you are forced to mount it at 9 or 6 o'clock.
