0:00 Village & Deep Cave

I got all the accessories and donated 6000 currency to the shadowy creature in Deep Cave, netting me the ultimate hammer.

If you get all 50 Blue Crystals, you get the ultimate armor for Gilbert.

3:53 Cathedral

The NPC in the entrance area keeps track of chests found, ground herbs found, EXP orbs, and broken urns. If you complete his checklist, you get the ultimate bow.

I tested myself against the strongest Silver Golem. This also got me the final piece of silver needed to get the Silver Sword to 3 stars.

15:30 Boss: Flame Fury Trio

I didn't realize it at the time, but attacking an enemy in their prepared state has a chance of knocking them out of it. Even then, I feel like their ultimate AOE can be OP when used back to back. You'll want to have at least 40 AP so you can spam AOE spells in an attempt to cancel as many of them as possible.

27:54 Legendary Ore

Afterwards, go back into the boss room to get Legendary Ore. This is for the final upgrade to the Silver Sword, but we need one more Legendary Ore.

It's by itself and isn't as crazy about AOE spam, so I felt it was easier.

36:44 Cave of Seven Bosses

Once you win 120 battles, the mayor in the Deep Cave will let you fight seven more bosses. Fortunately, they aren't back-to-back.

36:59 Boss: Gigantula Queen

This boss is at level 10, but it's only the tip of the iceberg.

38:15 Boss: Behemoth

It'll cast a buff that prevents all damage except for DOT. This defensive buff only goes away after is uses its ultimate AOE attack.

46:00 Boss: Bandit Bot 3000

I have no idea what killing the bandit minions does. I don't know exactly how the boss's damage immunity works. The Fierce Friar ultimate skill managed to kill it though, so maybe it's not immune to perfectly non-elemental attacks?

52:01 Boss: Frost Fury Trio

This is an easier version of the Flame Furies.

55:07 Boss: Ragnar

It has a HP halving skill that probably can't be reflected.

57:50 Boss: Abomination

It will often cast its poison AOE skill. Sadly, this was before the fairy issue was patched, so I didn't get poison immunity for Phineas, which made things even harder. I got lucky at the end when a counterattack from Velven broke the boss's guard, allowing Soire's delayed Pierce skill to finish it off.

Go back in the cave to get Velven's ultimate bow.

1:06:27 Cathedral P2

There's a fountain for throwing in ancient coins, but I suspect it actually has the same contents as the village fountain, only with different drop rates.

1:08:43 Final Boss: Phaod & Ceris

There is a permanent uncurable poison effect on the field. Phaod is easier to take out because he attacks more aggressively and can be more easily countered. Ceris is harder to kill because she buffs her stats a lot and can heal. Also, you'll probably be low on items by the time you get to her. I probably would have had an easier time if I had Velven's passive that boosts her item healing power.

1:24:38 Ending & Credits

1:30:49 Patch 0.4.1

This patch adds a prize for getting all boosters from the fountain and fixes the fairy problem, which means I can now get all the passive skills. Your reward for buying all passives is the Phoenix Feathers armor, which can be equipped by Velven or Soire. All of this definitely would have helped several bosses ago.
