Ok here's the glitch. Generation 1 games only have 12 Boxes, but it seems for some reason when you trade on generation 2's Pokemon stadium 2 boxes, gen 1 games seem to have a box 13 & 14. Even though I didn't think of it while recording, this messed up data might be the Missingno buffer data that's not meant to be seen by normal means, the only negative effect that this had on stadium 2 is that it cause the game to stay at a black screen forcing you to hit the reset button. I compared the Rhydon with the S2 rental PKMN lets just say that I would rather battle with the rental.
