So, this is actually a bit hard to find unless you start exploring the actual game heavily with HM slaves in your party, but the Pixies of Sinnoh, Mesprit, Uxie and Azelf, are indeed in this game and all you have to do is find the cave they are in which is located on the route right next to Virbank. Once you enter this cave and try to explore it, they will flee off to 3 very exact locations.
The first location which I show in this video, is the spot right in front of the museum in Nacrene City.
No, none of these Pokemon run around Unova so no need to worry about Mesprit being a pain to find (even though I had no troubles with it due to a certain route in D/P... heh)
