Ruleset:
1. We must catch and evolve every Pokémon that we possibly can before each gym badge (i.e. Pidgeot before Brock). If we have access to more than one Gym Badge, then we get the one that gives us access to the most amount of new Pokémon.
2. No trading with other games, although we don't need to worry about that with this rom hack.
3. No glitches or cheats. However, any exploits that allow time saves are fair game.
