POKEATH'LOCKE RULES:
- Up to 2 former Pokemon can be transferred into a new season
------ Only Hall of Fame Pokemon eligible to transfer
------ Transferred in at 1/10 former level (50 = 5)
------ Transferred in at base evolution with base moves
------ Must forfeit 3 routes of potential catches per transfer

Addition rules:
1 Dupes clause.
2 Shiny clause.
3 Kill all legendary Pokemon.
In each new area, I need to roll in RNG, 1 to 40 and follow it.
if roll free space, re-roll once. Region-Wide must follow through the region until rolls to take away regionwide rules.

If the player forgets to follow rolls and the viewers see the player break the rules or do not follow, a punishment roll has to follow. fix it then. 1 to 5 on punishment rolls
