Last time in Pokémon Emerald... We Finished our assault on the evil organizations, and when onward to Sootopolis city... Or so we thought, unfortunately, after our battle with Archie, The great legendary Pokémon of Hoenn went on a phat rampage, and wouldn't you know, That I just so happened to be the chosen one. SMH... we met up with Hoenn Champion Wallace, and The mysterious rock maniac Steven. They decided to send me to do their own dirty laundry, and next thing I knew, I was ascending the Sky pillar. After telling on the other Hoenn legendaries, Rayquaza left the Sky pillar and made things right once more. Now Rayquaza wasn't quite done with his part yet, so we went back to the Sky pillar and proceeded to induct Rayquaza into our party, but not before giving him the fitting nickname of RIC FLAIR!!!! WOOO!!!!! Now, after an extremely easy 8th gym battle, we sit at a crossroads, the path to the elite 4 is open to us, but I believe that we should tie up a few loose ends first. Tonight!!!!!

Rule 1: Pokémon feints in battle, it is dead (pc/release)
[note]- Pokémon with the ability "pickup" or other abilities that cause the spawn of held items, cannot have their items removed after death (see mi clause) as that would be grave robbing.
[mi clause]- if the item on the Pokémon in question, was given to them by you (ie:
exp share)

Rule 2: no items in battle (this excludes pokeballs)(I can use items when out on the field)
[note]- "held items such as; berries, quick claw, etc, do NOT count as items in battle, as the Pokémon, and not the trainer used the item.

Rule 3: I can only catch the first encounter of a new route (split routes and cave floors are a singular area, and are not counted separately)
- I am allowed a do-over if the encountered Pokémon is one that i have already caught, and is still alive.
-Gift Pokémon do not count as encounters, but can be used as party members (same nuzlock rules apply)

Rule 4: No Use of the Pokémon Breeder (I can use day care for exp, but no eggs)

Rule 5: All caught Pokémon must be nicknamed

Rule 6: Defeat Stevan (8 gym badges)

Rule 7: The battle option must be set to "set" and not "shift" this is so the main game functions like an actual fair fight.
