Pokemon Fire Red Nuzlocke Challenge Part 40 - The End of Firey's Journey?

It's FireyRuby here with Part 40 of my Pokemon Fire Red Nuzlocke Challenge. In the previous part, I defeated all the members of the Elite Four. However, my journey isn't over just yet. I have one more challenge to take on and that is to defeat the Pokemon League Champion!
What is a Nuzlocke Challenge?
It is a set of rules set to create more difficulty for Pokemon trainers as they play through Pokemon games. It is also encourages us to capture and train Pokemon we don't normally use under normal circumstances.
For my nuzlocke challenge, here are the following rules I've set for myself:
1) You may only capture the first encounter for every route/cave/area you've been to (once you are able to capture Pokemon)
2) You are only allowed to use 3 items max during a trainer or wild encounter battles
3) If a Pokemon faints, you either release them or put them into a graveyard PC. It is considered dead
4) Dupes Clause: If your first encounter happens to be a Pokemon you've already captured (including its evolution line), it does not count. You're allowed only 3 tries at most
5) Shiny Clause: If you run into a shiny Pokemon, temporarily disregard all the rules of the Nuzlocke
6) Nickname every Pokemon you've captured. For my case, I will nickname every single Pokemon based on a theme. The theme for this Nuzlocke is gemstones, rocks, and minerals
7) No capturing legendary Pokemon
8) In order to progress through the game, you are allowed to use a Pokemon that knows an HM move in the RIP PC to be in the party. However, that Pokemon is not allowed to be used for battle as it has already "died". If that particular Pokemon is switched in due to ROAR or WHIRLWIND, immediately switch out
