0Last part of the Pokemon Tower. On the 2nd to last floor,if you had tried to come here without the Silph Scope,you would have been blocked by a ghost. With it though,it reveals it's the ghost of a Marowak. Put it's spirit to ease by beating it,then you can go to the top floor. Team Rocket Grunts are holding Mr.Fuji hostage. Beat them all to save him! For helping him out,he'll give you the Poke Flute,which lets you wake sleeping pokemon. Also,just west of Celadon,Cut a tree near the guard house to find a lone house with a girl in it. She'll give you HM2 Fly if you leave her alone.
