This adventure starts as a Softcore variant but in the end, my first Nuzlocke ended up beeing a Hardcore Challenge!

Rules:
1. Every catched Pokemon has to be nicknamed
2. I can only catch the first Pokemon encountered on every route
- gifted Pokemon or Eggs don’t count as an encounter
- if a Pokemon from an evolution-line was already catched, it is allowed to use the next encounter
- shiny Pokemon are free-game and can always be catched and used
- legendaries can be catched but not be used
- HM-slaves are allowed
3. fainted Pokemon are considered dead and can’t be used anymore
4. healing items are restricted
- Gym 1-3: 2x potions
- Gym 4-6: 2x superpotions
- Gym 7-8: 2x hyperpotions
- elite 4 + champ: 2x full restore (per battle)
- healing items outside of battles are allowed
5. held items are allowed
6. I am not allowed to overlevel the highest team-member of every gym-leader
- but! With every badge I gain one level to overlevel
What this means is every badge gives me one extra level to the current level-cap.

7. the battle-style has to be set on “follow”
8. I am allowed to full-wipe 3 times
- of course this is only possible if I have Pokemon left to use
9. with the use of the Universal Pokemon Randomizer I changed evolutions so I can use some Pokemon that would otherwise be unobtainable
