0After completing your adventure on the Sevii Islands, the Elite Four will upgrade. Lorelei uses all Ice type Pokémon, removing Slowbro and replacing with Piloswine. Dewgong will use Double Team to make itself harder to hit while confusing opponents using Signal Beam. Cloyster will use Rain Dance to power up Surf and Supersonic to confuse opponents. Piloswine will use Rock Slide to make opponents flinch. Jynx still has the combo of immobilizing targets with Attract and Lovely Kiss. Lapras will use Thunder to paralyze opponents and the move cannot be avoided when it’s raining. A move like Brick Break would work best for this battle.
