In this video I'm finally showing my FrLg ACE method. Note that a copy of Pokémon Emerald and a way to trade Pokémon is needed. Let me start providing the needed links:

I started developing this method a really long time ago. Both because of several changes and upgrades in the procedure and because of a lack of time from my part I delayed the publishing a lot, but now I'm finally contented with how the process is structured.
Consider that this video is just a support for the actual tutorial that is written in the linked documents: if you want you can just read them and ignore this video entirely.

I sincerely want to thank the several players who helped me testing the glitches on actual hardware for different language versions of the game.
