13In order to get the Rising Badge, we need to head to Dragon's Den. Make
sure you have a Pokemon that knows Whirlpool because you'll need it to
go across and enter the temple. The Elder will ask you some questions
so follow the answers that are shown here and that's it.After that,
Clair will come in and be shocked of what has happened. She gives us
the Rising Badge which lets all Pokemon of any level obey you without
question as well as allowing the use of Waterfall. Before you exit
Dragon's Den, she comes by and gives you TM59 which teaches Dragon
Pulse. Dragon Pulse is a strong Dragon-type move that can deal
considerable damage. She then says some stuff and we're on our way.Are
we finished? Not by a long shot. We still have much to do.
