0The second part starts with my rival foiling my cover. I managed to dodge the Rocket with 5 Zubat by leaving and re-entering the second floor after defeating the Rocket with the Arbok. It's a cool little thing I discovered. The rest of the Rockets are also dodged.
I used an Ether to refill my Surf PP. I need that move to quickly finish of Petrel and his army of Koffing. Then I leave the tower with the Underground Key. I go back underground and save when I unlock the door.
