This gym battle is honestly pretty easy, surprisingly enough. Despite being slightly underleveled, I had no issue doing a no-damage run. I honestly can't dock her team too much though since she *is* using a new type for the generation she came from and her ace Steelix is a Johto pokemon. If I had to improve her team, I'd evolve one of her Magnemite into Magneton (it's high enough level to be evolved) and swap the other one for a Scizor and a Forretress (both are 4x weak to fire, so it would still be balanced). Aside from that, not a bad team given half of the gym leaders in this region.
