I then go to Prelude Beach, as that was where Kamado had arranged to meet up at, and he challenges me to a battle there. Then I check out some special battles you can do when talking to Ingo, those can help with training for what is to come.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

At the start of the video, I do the Prelude Beach request, where Kamado tells you to meet up with him at, and he challenges you to a battle, he has the same team from back when you fought him at the Temple of Sinnoh, but he has one new Pokémon added to his team, I will go over his team.
Golem: Iron Head, Stone Edge, Thunder Punch, Bulldoze
Clefable: Draining Kiss, Psychic, Calm Mind, Water Pulse
Braviary: Esper Wing, Air Slash, Quick Attack
Heracross: Close Combat, Swords Dance, Pin Missile, Aerial Ace
Snorlax: Zen Headbutt, High Horsepower, Giga Impact, Fire Punch

After beating Kamado, he gives you the Fist Plate, and he talks about how the region should be called the Sinnoh region.
I then show the Path of Solitude and the Path of Tenacity, in Path of Solitude, you challenge Ingo with only one Pokémon, and your opponent is likely a Pokémon that will have the type advantage against your Pokémon, so you are going to have to invest a lot of Grit items into your Pokémon to stand a good chance, I don't have plans to do Path of Solitude with every Pokémon because of how much time it takes to even train up the Pokémon.
Path of Tenacity has you going up against various Trainers, right now you can fight the Galaxy Expedition Team, so in this case, you will fight Zisu, Beni, and Kamado, and they get stronger teams after each attempt, I will go over what Pokémon they use.
Zisu: Rapidash, Steelix, Lopunny, Drifblim, Infernape
Beni: Roserade, Magnezone, Sneasler, Gardevoir, Gallade
Kamado: Golem, Heracross, Probopass, Ursaluna, Snorlax

Their teams gain more levels after each attempt, and they gain more Pokémon, for example, Zisu has Rapidash, Lopunny, and Infernape on the first attempt, she gains Steelix on the third run, and its the fifth run she adds Drifblim to the team. Beni's starting team is Mismagius, Gardevoir, and Gallade, he swaps out Mismagius for Roserade, and he swaps Gardevoir for Magnezone, but he does add Gardevoir back to the team on the third run, and he does include Sneasler on the fifth run.
Then for Kamado, his starting team is Golem, Heracross, and Snorlax, he adds Ursaluna to the team on the third run, and Probopass on the fifth run.
When you talk to Ingo, you can choose to battle him, I will go over his team.
Alakazam: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Tri Attack
Tangrowth: Sleep Powder, Energy Ball, Ancient Power
Probopass: Power Gem, Earth Power, Flash Cannon
Machamp: Bullet Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Close Combat
Magnezone: Thunder, Tri Attack, Flash Cannon, Thunder Wave
Gliscor: Quick Attack, Aerial Ace, Stone Edge, X-Scissor

This is a good way to grind experience, and Ingo does have a harder battle than that where his team is higher levelled, his Tangrowth has Sludge Bomb, Probopass has Thunderbolt, and Gliscor has swapped out Quick Attack for Earth Power. There is even a much harder battle with Ingo where he uses three Alpha Pokémon against you, those three being Kleavor, Wyrdeer, and Basculegion, and they are at a high level.
Then for the main mission, after collecting all the Plates, talk to Cogita, and you need to have three pieces of wood, and she will give you a Pixie Plate, this leaves one more Plate left, and Volo then asks to meet up with him at Coronet Highlands, make sure you prepare for that.
