With our newest badge behind us, we need to move the storyline forward. This means we need to go back and resolve Lavender, but we need a device to see spirits, which conveniently can be found in Celadon. Sadly, the whole trigger here is really confusing as you need to actually see one of the ghosts so that Team Rocket will abduct Cubone. This will put Jessie and James in the Game Corner (which cannot be used due to anti-children gambling laws), and they will initiate things for us to progress. Like in the past, Giovanni awaits, but unlike the past, he has an assistant with him. Just another small stumbling block in our path, right?
