I find this solo to be very consistent. I have a few tips for anyone trying to recreate this solo.

1. Take down Salamence FIRST. The damage from that dragon will become too great to heal off later on in the battle.
2. Leave Dragonite alone until Latios is down. Consider our orange friend to be a source of emergency healing.
3. Save X Regen until you're almost to red health. The extra healing will be VERY helpful at that point.
4. Save Lei Up! until as late as you can. That's your absolute emergency healing as well as debuff remover. The later you use it, the better.
5. Start saving gauge when you're at full health. VERY important for later in the run. Healing off big hits as fast as you can is crucial.

Most of the RNG can be ignored since getting more Special Defense is essentially a coin toss while healing away potential status ailments will eventually happen as long as you can keep healing. Impatient and Draining Kiss MGR basically just speed up the fight.
