Rules for this Nuzlocke are.
1. If pokemon faints it must be released
2. I'm allowed 5 tries to get a unique pokemon on each route
3. I can only catch pokemon a 2nd time if the original dies
4. I have top and bottom level limits. I can't grind if I reach bottom limit and I can't use a Pokemon if I over level. Level limits are based on the Best and worst Pokemon a gym leader has
