I finally managed to StreePass with someone holding an Eon Ticket, so that's what I end up using in this part. As soon as I open up the game, I manage to encounter a Slugma. After catching it, I head to Petalberg City to talk to Norman, who takes me to Slateport City's Ferry Service, using the Eon Ticket to head back to Sourthern Island one more time. I try to catch Latias, but fail the first time, so I soft reset, buy some more Poké Balls (figuring out that you could use Fly to directly get into Routes) and finally manage to catch her at 32:58. For the rest of the video, I go through most of Route 120.
