0:01 - A while back there was a Sage that wouldn't let you take the south exit of Castro Forest. Apparently he leaves once you reach Route 55.

0:37 - Ah right. The 7th Rijon Gym is on a route in the middle of nowhere. We'll come back here in a bit as there's one more route to explore and with it come the last set of Trainers in the game.

0:48 - Spoilers, they're all Swimmers and Fishermen.

6:10 - Oh right. I vaguely remember someone blocking the path here.

8:29 - We only have one person to deal with and that's the Normal Type leader Joe. Unfortunately Prism doesn't have any offensive Fighting Type TMs to teach (it's really just Dynamic Punch) which is a huge oversight given how useful Fighting moves are offensively. Would making Drain Punch a TM have been too much?

Anyway your options for dealing with a Normal Type Boss will probably boil down to using Rock/Ghost/Steel types and swinging with strong STAB moves or use Fighting Type attacks.

9:20 - Dat callback to my Pokemon Brown Boss Compilation video.

10:05 - Now I know what you're saying. "Just use Waterfall, you're at +3 Attack!" but dammit this way is FLASHIER.

11:36 - That's...cute. I'm going to leave now which is a perfectly normal reaction to how you're acting.

11:43 - Anyway we're heading back to the Eaglou City Prison which also serves as the last Gym of Rijon. You can challenge it and the leader the moment you have access to Eaglou and for what it's worth it's probably a good idea to do so if only due to the TM you get here. But on the other hand the Trainers here are quite strong.

15:53 - I should note that in Hayward City you can fight the Blue Ranger (his team caps at Lv.75) and if you defeat him you can talk to him to wear the Ranger costume you used to capture Black. I have no idea if wearing here will change any dialogue you have with the upcoming fight.

16:13 - Pink's team is the same as it was back in the fire caverns, just much higher. The same strats will apply here.

18:52 - I suspected as much given the mugshot on the Badge page and this sprite (and that the Rival is in Goldenrod right now).

19:05 - Anyway Silver's team is the same as his HGSS rematch team (right down to him not having a Magnezone) but with a Hitmontop replacing Meganium/Typhlosion/Feraligatr. Nothing you shouldn't be able to handle at this point.

23:18 - No complaints here. Flash is better as a TM anyway and theres one or two places you can visit now that you've got it. One in particular is Silk Tunnel.

24:18 - And that's Trade Stone #3 (the first two being in Naljo's Acqua Mines during low tide and Milos Catacombs after getting Strength).
26:10 - Again as I mentioned in the Stamina Challenge video, the Exp. Share is useful in Prism.

26:23 - Alright next top is Southerly City in Tunod which I didn't realize is a region from Pokemon Glazed. It's here that we can take on the final Gym of the game which is Fire. Just beat all the trainers to get to the Leader.

32:25 - Last leader of the game, let's do this!

32:31 - Not surprised that RSE's Leader theme is in here, but no less pleased.

35:25 - Hmm...how much do I want to chance that Typhlosion has Solarbeam, my Waterfall will miss and I'll get killed?

36:30 - Oh I have an idea of what to do. Now that all the Gyms have been cleared there is not much to do in Naljo, Rijon, Johto and Kanto outside of catching things. You can work on your Mining, Crafting, Smelting and Jeweling Stats to fill out the bingo card, challenge the Battle Tower which I found to be not worth the stress (there are alot of BS Pokemon sets such as Paraflinch Togekiss) given that your prizes aren't that great. You can fight Candela from Pokemon Go! as one of the Tower Tycoons but I have no idea how to trigger the encounter so I gave up.

That pretty much leaves you with the Battle Arcade as getting the Mystery Ticket unlocks the final area of the game and the final bosses so lets take a look.

37:41 - And that's the Arcade in a nutshell. It's basically a more difficult Battle Tower, except you don't heal HP between fights (just PP) and enemy levels are all over the place. One fight will have a Lv.65 Pokemon, then Lv.100, etc. You fight until you lose with each fight being progressively harder and once you're defeated you earn tickets based on your performance (if you win about 6 fights before getting defeated and you won with a 3-0 or 2-1 each time you'll earn about 20+ tickets). To really get the most out of the arcade you'll need to build a specialized team which is something I'm not going to do.

Instead I'm going to go grind up my team to Lv.100 off the Stamina Challenge, then challenge this thing over and over until I get the 300 Tickets needed because at the time of this recording AGDQ was on so I had something to watch while having my VBA muted.

See you guys in Part 32 when I've gotten the ticket and my team prepped for the Mystery League :D
